What should I wear to class?
Wear form-fitting, moisture-wicking athletic wear that allows for free movement. Grip socks are required for safety and better traction on the machine.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
Nope! We provide everything you need, including XFormer machines, resistance bands, and props. Just bring your grip socks, water bottle, and a positive attitude!
